I contacted Harry shortly before Christmas requesting a quote for several fairly minor electrical jobs. This has been completed as of today, and I want to say what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with the company.
From the first point of contact (the only company out of 5 I rang who had a human being answer the phone) with Gill and Moira (who are both delightful), to Harry coming around to look and quote, to Jack and Shaun undertaking the final works the entire journey has been wonderful.
The entire team is very professional, yet friendly and approachable. As mentioned, Jack and Shaun (who arrived exactly on time at 8am) came in (and immediately took their boots off without being asked!) And got straight on with the works. No messing around, they stopped briefly to have a cup of tea but other than that, they were hard at it. They even hoovered up afterwards. A real credit to the company.
