The Brief Kerr Office Group enlisted us to handle the full electrical installation for Yuasa’s new headquarters in Swindon. The objective was clear: deliver a comprehensive electrical setup across three floors that supports a modern, flexible workspace.
Our Approach
- Power Distribution: Installed floor boxes, wall sockets, and skirting trunking to ensure accessible power throughout the office.
- Data Infrastructure: Implemented a full Cat 6 data network, providing reliable connectivity for all workstations and meeting areas.
- Lighting Solutions: Fitted a combination of LED spotlights, pendant fixtures, and recessed lighting to create a well-lit, comfortable environment.
- Additional Installations: Set up Wi-Fi access points, comms room equipment, and TV points to support the office’s technological needs.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Adjusted light switch placements and socket heights to align with the new office layout and furniture arrangements.
